History of Nithya Yoga

Only a few people on this planet can claim that they have been enlightened. Those who can claim that they are will most probably say that they acquired that through the practice of yoga. Lucky are those who, at a young age, were able to experience full enlightenment.

Such a soul is Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda, from whom the name of Nithya Yoga is derived. Let us learn a bit of history and find out how he came into being enlightened.
