One can not completely trust the human body, especially if one neglects proper care to it. A human body may fail an individual on times that one truly needs his body. There is another effective method besides conventional ways of removing the stress and becoming fit through exercises or workouts, and vitamin supplements, and that is through Yoga. If one thinks that yoga is just for meditation and oneness of the body and mind then he has to definitely the benefits which can be derived from practicing the different disciplines of Yoga.
