Yoga for Rehabilitation

Iyengar yoga uses supportive devices for structural alignment of the body through various postures.

This type of yoga focuses on sciatica, spinal stenosis, kyphosis, scoliosis, herniated disc, poor posture and other spinal disorders.

This will teach rehabilitating patients the basics of anatomy and specific postures for their condition and take proactive moves empowering his/her rehabilitation.
