Teenage years are among the most troubling (yet exciting) times in a person's life. Hormones are surging, changes are happening all the time--it sometimes can be too difficult to bear, especially for someone who is not used to drastic changes.
In the yoga center featured below, yoga is used to calm the nerves of teens so that they may become more productive individuals. It's the DreamTeen yoga class at New Planet Yoga.
