With over 60 years of practicing and teaching yoga, Belur Krishnamachar Sundararaja Iyengar, or simply B.K.S. Iyengar, is considered to be one of the pillars of yoga teaching today. His influence was so great that he was once named by Time Magazine as one of the 100 most influential personalities on the world.
Seeing Mr. Iyengar personally perform in front of you might be near impossibility, but that doesn't mean you can't see him in action. See him practice a full asanas series in this special video recorded during his 1976 visit to Ann Arbor, Michigan.
