A healthy mind, body and soul is what individuals "in search" usually seeks yoga masters. Yoga is a discipline which requires one full attention and time in order to achieve any of its goals. As the world starts getting smaller and smaller, all thanks to the technology of the internet Yoga is not too far away from being learned or mastered even without a yoga instructor.
