My site offers Free online yoga videos. It is a great resource for those looking for instruction, or those who want to learn more.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
I wanted to provide a resource for people wanting to learn about yoga that was easy to use.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
I launched a poetry website back in 1998.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
The Title of the site "Yoga Masterz" just stood out as a catchy name. The "bradera.com" is a memorable name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Easy to find the most common videos that people will be searching for. Not nonsense. I want to give people access to yoga videos so that they may internalize the art form. Yoga should be given to the people freely, so that they may develop at their own pace.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
A BIGGER, BETTER, website that will be an absolute warehouse of amateur and master yoga videos.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Not concerned with that at the moment.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would hire/pay yoga teachers from around the world to produce videos on different techniques/styles. These would be shared free with the public.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Absolutely, I have been webmaster for a number of sites before.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
None so far. I just keep moving forward with the site as I can.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Word of mouth.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
No not at all.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
Until I don't have the time to keep running it, or the money to hire someone else to do it. However, neither of these is in my plans.
